Who we are. Human Reset (humanreset.co.za) is operated by Shareen Richter ⟦CONFIRM legal entity name and registration number, if any⟧, Johannesburg, South Africa. Information Officer: Shareen Richter, hello@humanreset.co.za.
What we collect. When you enquire, we collect your name, email, organisation (optional), group size or event type, preferred date and city (or online), and any message you choose to send. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there. We do not request health information or other special personal information. Please don't include it in your message.
Why we collect it. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver a session you book (POPIA s11: your consent, steps toward a contract, and legitimate interests). We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your opt-in consent.
Where it is stored. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and may be stored on servers outside South Africa (including the USA). Emails are handled by Google Workspace (Google LLC). We rely on these providers' contractual and security safeguards (POPIA s72).
Analytics and cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 ⟦and Microsoft Clarity, if enabled⟧ to understand how the site is used. You can decline analytics cookies. Essential site functions don't need them.
How long we keep it. Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after ⟦12 months⟧. Booking records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@humanreset.co.za. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
Security. The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to Shareen.
Photos and video at sessions. Photos or footage are only taken and used with the client's agreement and the participants' consent.
Changes. We'll update this notice when our practices change.
